As a generalist manager with more than 25 years of professional experience in technical and management positions, I offer very comprehensive, strategically oriented consulting with a focus on sustainability in all areas. In current topics from the areas of circular economy, scope 1,2 & 3 reporting and sustainable procurement, I am one of the leaders in Europe and have advised, among others, the World Bank, the OECD and other European authorities and large companies such as Deutsche Bahn, SBB, Swiss Post, Austrian Post and many more.

This consulting package consists of a complete analysis (excluding the financial area) of your company. In doing so, your selected project team will be supported in screening the processes and their interdependencies for weaknesses and implementing remedial measures. As with all of my offerings, my primary goal is to sustainably build the necessary competence in your company so that you can establish a continuous improvement process in the future.
